- Is my Donation tax-deductible?
Contributions to CDM are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by the law. The fair market value of any gift received is not deductible. Please consult your tax adviser.
- Why isn't the full amount of my donation tax-deductible?
Under current tax laws in both the United States and in Canada, only the amount of your contribution that exceeds the amount any goods provided to you is tax-deductible as a charitable donation. So if you requested a thank-you gift such as an audio or video download, the fair-market value of that item is not tax deductible. You may want to consult your tax adviser.
