CDM Publication is a small press offering books, tapes and CDs focused on meditation and self healing. Our products can assist you in awakening to yourself. Each title offers a wealth of information on an aspect of self healing and teaches powerful techniques you can use to get to know yourself. CDM is a spiritually focused organization established in the Northwest in 1976. Our desire is to bring this spiritual information into the physical world.  Mary Ellen Flora is a world renowned writer, speaker and teacher who has taught meditation and self-awareness techniques for over 30 years throughout the world. She is the author of 12 books, tapes and CDs as well as numerous articles that teach practical techniques for meditation and daily life.Mary Ellen advocates the use of daily meditation and has taught thousands of individuals to enrich their lives through meditation. Her experience instructing businesses and corporations is extensive as well, teaching tools to enhance productivity and focus in the workplace.
Mary Ellen is the founder of CDM, a meditation center with six locations throughout the Pacific Northwest. Mary Ellen has taught thousands of students to meditate and hundreds of students to teach the techniques through these centers where she visits. Her teaching style is fun, powerful and life-changing.
